Message your guests: Roy has a team that is constantly reaching out to guests to keep them informed with everything that is happening. They create waiting lists for guests, and will be calling to schedule their appointments once salons are able to safely re-open.
Don't forget the (virtual) consultation: Stylists at JJoseph have decided to start Zoom consultations with guests to minimize the time they are in the salon upon reopening. This consultation will also help stylists understand what guests did with their hair during their time away to provide the right service for them.
