Although the salon had to take time away from their guests during the shutdown, J Morgan Salon has shown a commitment to both their salon staff and their community, and is working toward a brighter future. They have taken this time to empower their stylists and communicate with their guests.
“From day 1 of the shutdown, we never stopped looking forward knowing that we will survive this. We believe in telling our clients and staff what we are doing by posting on social media at least 1 time each day. We have featured each of our stylists in video posts on social media and have hired 2 new stylists during this shutdown.”
J Morgan Salon is also taking this time to communicate with their guests about the safety precautions and features that have been integrated at their salon. The salon is committed to providing the safest possible experience to guests moving forward as salons re-open.
“We are working closely with state regulations and CDC recommendations to create the safest work environment possible while giving the best service. We’ve implemented a cashless, touchless checkout, a touchless retail area and touchless rebooking to accommodate guests by always putting the safety of our employees and clients first.”
