Continuously growing her clientele at Z Studio in Tulsa, Oklahoma, Nicole is able to apply her real life experience from behind the chair to any and all class situations.​

​Nicole specializes in the total look. Whether it’s haircolor, design, and/or finishing, Nicole has a well-rounded skill set that caters to high end taste. She loves the hair industry because we have the unique ability to touch and inspire people in a positive way. Nicole applies this in her teaching as well as in the salon. Passion, principal based learning, and creativity with a realistic approach describes the learning experience you would have in her classroom. She believes it is essential for learners to leave with new perspectives, techniques, and inspired hearts. Nicole believes in Redken’s world renowned approach to teaching and enjoys the benefits of witnessing stylists grow their skills, “wow” their guests, recommend the proper services and products, and in turn increase their income!​

​Taking every opportunity to work with her highly respected mentors, to name a few, Hugo Urias, Lauren Hagen, and Sam Villa, Nicole is committed to her own growth. She has taken opportunities to shadow at The Redken Exchange in NYC with artists such as Roger Molina, Brent Borreson, and George Garcia. She is heavily influenced by their decades of knowledge and passion. 

​Nicole loves to create tailored looks and  solutions for challenges. Helping stylists create a road map to success while making learning fun is her mission! ​

    Clients bringing you pictures of haircuts that have you scratching your head?  Time to get over that fear of creating and recreating shapes! Learn the principles of design and understand how to create a shape for the client that began as an idea. Become empowered to analyze, understand and recreate with the principles of point, line and angle. Learn the Principles of Movement, Elevation, Over-Direction and Finger Angle. Learn to break the head form down horizontally into the 5 areas of the head, learn what they do and how to view them on the head. In this class, you'll learn Principles of Graduation and the three different types - Swelling, Straight and Scooping.
