PRICING

$595 or 20,000 Club 5th Avenue points

Accepted Credit Cards: Visa, Master Card, AMEX
Tuition: Pay in Full or Payment Plan
Payment Plan: $200 deposit and subsequent payments can be made before the program begins
Tuition payments are non-refundable. By selecting the Payment Plan, you are allowed to make up to 3 payments. Tuition must be paid in full 2 weeks before the Redken Finishing Authority program begins. Please Note: It is your responsibility to call the Registration Department and complete your payments. Your card will not be automatically charged.


Cancellation Policy:

  • Should an individual be unable to attend the original program in which they registered for, they may reschedule for an alternative date and location within the same calendar year.  If they are unable to commit to another date and location at the time of cancellation, they will be issued a refund, less a $100 processing fee – as funds cannot transfer over into another calendar year.
  • For payments made via C5A points, they will receive a refund, less 4,000 points as a processing fee. The individual will have 3 months to use their refunded points before they expire and can no longer be used.
  • If you fail to cancel your registration a minimum of 72 business hours prior to or do not show up for your scheduled program, all funds will be forfeited. Funds cannot be reimbursed nor transferred to another program.
  • All Redken Authority cancellations and requests for refunds must be made in writing and emailed to the Registration Department. (RedkenAuthority@mmsmeetings.com

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

I have been using Redken products for 5 years. Do I have to attend the Redken Specialist program first?
The Redken Finishing Authority program focuses on finishing skills and trends. The benefit of attending the Redken Specialist program is that you will be well prepared with current knowledge of the Redken brand and products that will be used during this program. 

I attended the Redken Specialist program 8 years ago. Do I need to go again before I can attend Redken Finishing Authority?
The benefit of attending the Redken Specialist program again is to be completely up to speed with all new product launches and programs. If you are a stylist in an Elite salon and actively update your offerings, you should be able to integrate with no worries.

Do I need to attend Redken Finishing Authority before I take Redken Finishing Certification?
Yes. The Redken Finishing Authority program provides you with the tools for success in passing your Redken Finishing Certification exam.

Do I need to attend all 4 days to become a Redken Finishing Authority?
Yes. You must attend all 4 days at the location you register for. Your program tuition covers all 4 days. To ensure you receive your graduation certificate, you will need to attend all 4 days. Should there be any reason you cannot, please speak to the program facilitator. 

Can I transfer into another location/date for the last 2 days?
You must attend all 4 days at your registered location. You cannot transfer into another Redken Finishing Authority program if you’ve already attended one of the days.

Will I receive any materials in the mail prior to the program?
You will receive an e-mail confirmation with important information after you register. All training materials will be provided to you onsite during day 1.

If I select the Payment Plan, will my credit card be automatically charged for my balance?
It is your responsibility to call the Registration Department and complete your payments. Your card will not be automatically charged.
